Automatic water level control valve and water filter
Tank buddy valve is used for water tank which is filled by water pump or water supply from another source. Tank buddy valve gives level difference between Pump on/off from 50MM to 2.5 Meter. It avoids startting and stopping of pump frequently so it will protect pump from maintanance issues.
Workprincipal:
– The valve should be mounted at top of tank.
– As the tank empties, the float travels down the cord until it hits the level stopper. The valve then opens immediately to give a full flow.
– When water supply from valve starts, the valve now runs constantly and the float rises until it hits the level adjuster. This lifts the arm and the valve shuts down.
– Observe the pressure that your pump runs at while the tank is filling. Set the pressure switch to turn the pump off at a pressure at least one bar above the running pressure.
Advantages:
– It gives High flow water and Start and stop levels can be easily adjusted to give water level differentials from 50mm to 2.5 m
– Avoids fequent on/off of water pump hence reduces maintanance of pump
